If you’re reporting a problem, it helps to include your device model, its operating system version, and what you were doing when the problem occurred.
In the app
- Give feedback: in the app’s Settings tab. Reports sent this way automatically include your app version and platform, so there’s nothing extra to look up.
- Report a problem: on any word’s lookup card in the reader, for translations or annotations that look wrong. The report captures the word and its context for us.
Account and data
- You can delete your account and all associated data in the app (Settings → Delete account) or on the web at lexiglo.app/account/delete.
- How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy; use of the service is governed by our Terms of Service.
